Our smart card manufacturing facility uses the most technically advanced smart card production equipment available today. Milling, implanting, chip personalization and variable numbering can be achieved in a single pass or partitioned into various functions depending on the family of product and optional components being produced. Our versatility allows us to handle popular module sizes and configurations for both memory and microcontrollers. We maintain an inventory of commonly used memory modules in our secure vault allowing us to provide quick turnaround to customers requiring cards for pilot projects and testing.
